A great KIDNEY
CLEANSE
It takes 6 weeks but it's
an easy one to do. It involves drinking a root decoction mixture
with a few other ingredients daily along with dosages of these in
capsules: 3 of
ginger and
uva ursi, 250mg of Vitamin
B6, and 300mg of magnesium oxide.
I try to make my own capsules
or buy tested brands like Now or Nature's Way.

Root Mixture
You need to buy twice the amount of
root mixture ingredients for your 2nd batch during the cleanse if
you freeze and reprocess the herbs [see reconstituting herbs]
For each new batch: Soak 1/4 cup each of
these dried roots in 10 cups drinking water in a non-metal pot and
lid for 4 hours:
Hydrangea
(Hydrangea arborescens) common flowering bush, Gravel
(Eupatorium purpureum) wildflower, Marshmallow
(Althea officinallis) pain killing mucilaginous plant. Boil and
then simmer 20 minutes; cool 20 minutes. Drain and squeeze liquid
and add 8 oz black cherry juice concentrate.
Cool further and refrigerate.

Reconstituting herbs
Drain and freeze the roots in air-tight containers
til you run out of the liquid. Then boil the roots in 6 cups water,
but only simmer them for 10 minutes. When the liquid runs out, start
over with fresh herbs for the 2nd half of the cleanse.
Parsley juice
It takes 2 bunches of fresh parsley
for one of two methods: 1 fresh sprig of parsley a day, maybe 1/3
cup blended in 1/2 cup or more drinking water for adding to this
day's root mixture ...or boil 2 bunches in a scant quart of drinking
water for 3 minutes if you can't make it fresh. Cool, drain off,
and refrigerate. Note: greens are a good promoter of bile flow so
I think any greens for the parsley would do.
