Cooked organic patch recipes are for special
occasions. Use good ingredients, cold-pressed oil not hydrogenated or olive
oil and occasionally butter but not margarine. Try to use eggs from free-ranging
chickens eating organic feed. Small indulgences can better be tolerated
by your system if you eat mostly raw veggies (especially raw greens daily)
and fruit. Try to practice good food combining by not mixing grains and
fruit during the same meal.Try jam on a slice of fruit instead of on bread.
