
Here's a raw organic patch recipe. This salad is made with sprouted garbanzo beans (chick peas). At 18% fat, it's most important that the fat is high quality unprocessed fat, not the hydrogenated type in almost all commercially prepared food which is extracted with chemicals and solvents. You can use olive oil and/or a cold-pressed mild tasting oil like sunflower oil (my favorite). If you desire a creamier dressing, dry blend sunflower or pumpkin seeds into powder before adding the other dressing ingredients, using some water and much less oil and blend again with the lemon juice and spices. For a company recipe, multiply the amounts and add avocado chunks to dress it up.
