
A dessert ingredient or fruit slice dip. If your blender is weak, you may need to powder the nuts/seeds first. Set aside to add back through the hole in the lid when the rest is blending well. After refrigeration, this can be used as a pudding or icing. I sometimes layer a sauce like this with escene bread slices and raw sherbert which is just fruit I froze previously and ooze out of my champion juicer with it's solid plate just before eating. Ymmm..
