Here's a raw organic patch recipe made from the fruit and seeds of a locally plentiful cactus. We should all be as healthy as the native creatures around here that consume these as well as the amaranth seeds that mature after the monsoon rains.Try and wait until the greenish fruits are more yellow than green even if the parts that never get sun near the stem are still greenish.

A solar dehydrator would be ideal, but any dehydrator will do.
You need solid tray liners that are flexible to pop off the crackers.
If your spread is thick, you maybe able to finish drying them
without the liners. Maybe less seeds/veggies compared to the fruit
would make less crumbly crackers.
